Created Issue: can't connect to ACS through VS 2012 [7190]

I created a service bus in windows Azure, then in visual studio tried to configure Identity and access service. after enter namespace and management key in configuration page, I give this error:
ID1113: the specifies namespace service and management key combination is invalid.

Following Justin's video while accessing the URL of the generated Federation metadata xml an error is received stating that 400:Bad Request. This is due to some changes made in September that Oren Melzer explains here http://social.msdn.microsoft.com/Forums/en/windowsazuresecurity/thread/de1e5a73-07a2-4b2f-9983-6a30a78afbfc

So, in short, make sure you add a X509 Certificate and in the "User For" option choose "Service Namespace". After doing that is all fine!

This should be fixed now. When a namespace is provisioned, an X.509 cert is automatically created and added to the correct field.
